We pride ourselves on super speedy dispatch, and aim to ship the same day we receive payment, Mon-Fri. We do dispatch throughout the day so paying with paypal, or credit card via paypal prior to our cut off times, should see your order shipped the same day.
You can log into Your Account at any time to view the status of your order.
a- Orders are initially "Pending" when you place it,
b- they are updated to "Processing" upon receipt of payment,
c- they are then updated to "Processing - Printed" when we print out the paperwork to pick and subsequently ship your order,
d- and finally updated to "Complete" once they've been shipped and we have gone in and updated any tracking information that may be available.
Australia Post Services
All Australia Post shipping options are collected from us roughly 1:20-1:45m (AEST). Around 12:30pm we cut off in printing and processing new orders to ship via Australia Post the same day.Fastway Couriers
All Fastway Courier shipping options are collected from us twice a day, at both 10:00-10:30am and again roughly 1:20-1:45pm (AEST). Around 12:30pm we cut off in printing and processing new orders to ship via Fastway Couriers for dispatch.E-GO.com.au
E-go is an economy courier service, and one should not expect them to break any records. They pick up ad-hock when we load up orders for them, and at times pick up the following day. One should not expect miracles and only use E-go when time is not critical.Toll Fast
Our priority/express across town shipping supplier is Toll Fast. Orders using Toll Fast have the highest priority and are continually processed throughout the day. However currently it is not given as an option as we have some coding issues to work out, so if you do want an item faster than normal, it is best to order what you want selecting Fastway as your shipping provider, and once placed, call us immediately to discuss shipping the order with Toll Fast and the difference (if any) to be settled after the order has shipped and amount calculated.Post Charges
Our shopping cart calculates your shipping charge based on the weight and size (volumetrics) of your order. You can go into "MY CART" at any time and see the estimated shipping cost using any of the shipping options available - and play with adding and removing items to maximize on the shipping costs.The carriers available for you to choose from are: Australia Post using E-Parcel, E-Parcel Express, Regular Satchels, Express Satchels, Couriers Please!, Fastway and E-Go Couriers.
Our cart will also tell you the size box it estimates your order fitting in to, and how much space is left in this box before you bump into another weight bracket, helping you to maximise the bang of your shipping buck.
Tracking
When your order is sent with Au Post E-Parcel or E-go, you'll automatically be emailed the tracking information. This means you can go onto the Au Post or E-go website at any time and see where your order is at on it's way to you. If your order was sent with Couriers Please! or in an Express Satchel, you can find the tracking information in the order details by going into your "My Account".Signature on Delivery
Currently the Australia Post site defaults to no signature required for delivery, so the postie will leave your parcel if you are not home. If you would like a signature to be required on delivery, please add a note in the comments and we will select this on booking for you.Pick Ups
Order pickups are currently disabled as we move warehouses. When we have a new order pickup location and service arranged, this option will be enabled again
"Pick Up" is offered as a shipping option as you process your order through the shipping cart. You can select to pay cash (only) on pick up, or to prepay with bank deposit or paypal/credit card. Either way you will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Our warehouse is located in Deception Bay, Brisbane, the address will be on your order confirmation and is also on the contact us page of this website. There is a $2.50 handling/admin fee for pick ups.
Faulty, Defect, or Miss-Shipped Items
If you have received the wrong product or faulty goods, contact us via email, within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.Exchanges
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange. Items for exchange must be sent back in unused, as delivered condition. When returning an item for exchange, you will be asked to:1- Place another order to the value of the exchange items or greater and pay the difference into our bank account. Credit of returned items shall be less $5 to cover restocking and processing fee. Original and re-shipping postage costs are the responsibility of the customer - no credit will be applied to shipping.
2- Send back the items you wish to exchange, identifying the new order you have placed, to apply credit to.
