You will select a payment option as you go through the checkout. If you select Bank Deposit, the bank details will be given to you. If you select Paypal, you will be taken to Paypal linked to our site.
CREDIT CARDS:
Credit Card is our most preferred payment method. Paypal is our credit card merchant, and all payments made via our credit card option on the website, are processed through paypal. Note: Greenbeans Australia PTY LTD is our official company name that shows on credit card statements, there is no referee to our Zelfast Brand.
PAYPAL:
If you have funds available in your paypal account you wish to use to fund a purchase through us, you can use Paypal. You CANNOT fund a transaction via paypal web portal from your credit card or bank account with us, and if you wish to pay via funds on your credit/debit card, you need to enter those details directly into our credit card option on our website - which is still processed via paypal. These rules are not our rules and restrictions, but the restrictions that Paypal apply to transactions with the "Website Payments Pro" arrangement we work under with Paypal. We aim to ship the same day of the morning your payment shows as cleared funds in our bank account. It can take up to 4 business days for a deposit to show after you have made it. While transfers from CBA accounts show in our account straight away, we normally only check our bank account once a day, around 3am in the morning.
CASH ON PICK UP:
If you elect pick up as your shipping method, you will be given the extra option of cash on pick up as a payment method. Please note we don't have eftpos facilities, cash on pick up means literally cash on pick up. If you want to pay with a credit card, please use the credit card payment option on our website when you place your order.
ON ACCOUNT:
On account terms will be given to certain Schools and Business who are deemed to be credible, and the bureaucratic process to get goods paid for time consuming, to allow immediate dispatch of goods to them, and for payment to be made as soon as practicably possible.
